Pastor Rob serves as the Lead Pastor of CrossBridge Church. Pastor Rob has been in ministry since 1991. He holds a BA in Management from Trinity International University and an MA in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School.
Pastor Rob is married to Lori and has two adult children; Steven and Joseph. He was born and raised in southwestern Ohio and moved to Florida in 1991. Dr. Karina Constantine
WORSHIP MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Born and raised in South Africa, Karina travelled the world singing in theater productions, eventually landing in the USA with a record deal, and acting jobs in TV shows and movies while also serving in worship teams at various churches. She has her PhD from FIU and loves most of all worshipping Jesus with her husband Larry Davis, son Lakar Davis (LCDworship.com) and daughter Aisha Davis at their home church Crossbridge Boca.
WILLIAN CORREA
COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR
Willian coordinates Crossbridge's communications area and is responsible for transmitting services, managing and producing social media content, and the Church's website. He is originally from Brazil, where he worked as a journalist and director of essential TV stations. He holds a bachelor's degree in journalism, an MBA in Marketing and Neuroscience, and a management course from Harvard Business School. Willian is married to Denise, the father of Rafael and Luana.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Josh Carlson has a bachelor's degree in both business management and real estate from FAU. He has served in the children's ministry since 2013 and wants every child to have a relationship with Jesus. Josh's passion is to glorify God by equipping kids with the gospel truth and serving the church. He has been married to his wonderful wife Pamela Carlson for 15 years and is the father to two amazing boys Noah and J.T.
WALKER ALLEN
YOUTH MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Walker Allen has been serving in the Church since he was 4 Years old. He felt a calling to help lead Students to learn how to be a light of God and to others. He is working toward his bachelor's degree at Moody Bible Institute.
GLORIA PAEZ
BOOKKEEPER
Gloria Paez has been serving as our Bookkeeper since October 2025.
She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting. Gloria and her husband are originally from Colombia and have been residing in Florida with their son since 2005.

Miss Fran has volunteered in two churches, First Baptist and Crossbridge Church since 1996.

Miss Lyn lived for 12 years in Florida. She volunteered for ten years at 1st Baptist & 2 years since Crossbridge Church began.
