Our Team

Pastor Rob serves as the Senior Pastor of two congregations that have united as of November, 2020, Boca Glades Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Boca Raton. Pastor Rob has been in ministry since 1991 and prior to the union between BGBC and FBC, he served as Pastor of First Baptist Church of Boca Raton for 18 years. Pastor Rob holds a BA in Management from Trinity International University and an MA in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School.

Pastor Rob is married to Lori and has two adult children; Steven and Joseph. He was born and raised in southwestern Ohio and moved to Florida in 1991. He has a passion for Jesus Christ; a passion for God's Word; and a passion for the church.

Leah serves as our Office and Ministry Administrator. Leah loves Jesus and loves people. She grew up in Mexico in a missionary family, speaks "español", and enjoys multi-cultural ministry. She is always on the lookout for great Mexican food. She is married to Armando, our church drummer and a leader in the ministry to the Hispanic community. Together they have served the Boca Glades family since 2004.

Scott serves as our Finance Director. Scott is a rare South Florida native. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Lori, and together they have four children. Scott and his wife enjoy using their free time to minister to families who have kids with medical challenges. 

Fabio has faithfully served as the maintenance manager at Boca Glades for over 15 years. Being extremely gifted with his hands, Fabio provides leadership and care to all the facilities, landscaping, and more. The question isn’t what can Fabio do, the question is what can’t he do? Fabio is the husband of his childhood sweetheart Alessandra. Together, they have two beautiful daughters.
