Pastor Rob serves as the Lead Pastor of CrossBridge Church. Pastor Rob has been in ministry since 1991. He holds a BA in Management from Trinity International University and an MA in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School.
Pastor Rob is married to Lori and has two adult children; Steven and Joseph. He was born and raised in southwestern Ohio and moved to Florida in 1991. Pastor Luiz coordinates the Portuguese ministry. He is focused on reaching the thousands of Brazilians living in South Florida. He was a missionary in Asia for 20 years where he planted an urban church in the country closed to the gospel. He has a Bachelor of Theology degree from the Baptist Theological Faculty of Sao Paulo, a PBAU student in the master's degree in Organizational Behavior. Pastor Ney serves as our Worship Pastor here at Crossbridge Church. He looks forward to contributing to the music ministry for the glory of God the Father. He has ministered as a worship leader since 1994 where he began ministry in Santo Andre, Sao Paulo, Brazil. He has served both in Brazil and United States in several churches. Pastor Ney majored in Music at institute of Sao Caetano do Sul- Sao Paolo. He also earned a BA at Sao Bernardo do Campo Theological University. Pastor Ney is married to his lovely wife Marcia and has an adult son, Joao.

Mackenzie serves as our Student Ministry Director, which is for students from 6th through 12th grade. She and her husband Riley are originally from Mississippi, and they can teach us all a thing or two about sweet tea. They've already discovered their love of cuban food, and are eager to learn about the people and rich cultures of our South Florida community. Most of all, they want to support our young people in knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Willian coordinates Crossbridge's communications area and is responsible for transmitting services, managing and producing social media content, and the Church's website. He is originally from Brazil, where he worked as a journalist and director of essential TV stations. He holds a bachelor's degree in journalism, an MBA in Marketing and Neuroscience, and a management course from Harvard Business School. Willian is married to Denise, the father of Rafael and Luana. 

Sarah serves as our Ministry Assistant. She also assists Pastor Rob with our Indian Mission work. She and her husband Samuel are originally from the Southern part of India and have been residing in Florida since 2016. Sarah also serves as an Online Mentor at Focus On The Family.

Miss Fran has volunteered in two churches, First Baptist and Crossbridge Church since 1996.

Miss Lyn lived for 12 years in Florida. She volunteered for ten years at 1st Baptist & 2 years since Crossbridge Church began.
